Короткий опис Проєкту:

Модуль «Система аудиту та фінансового контролю ЄС: досвід для України» присвячений вивченню вимог ЄС та європейських практик у сфері організації та надання якісних аудиторських послуг та ефективного фінансового контролю в контексті інтеграції України до ЄС. Модуль складається з трьох підмодулів:

- «Міжнародні стандарти аудиту та вимоги ЄС до контролю якості аудиторських послуг»;

- «Практика ЄС у сфері державного аудиту та фінансового контролю»;

- «Досвід ЄС та стандарти внутрішнього корпоративного аудиту в приватному секторі».

Основна мета модуля - підвищити рівень розуміння студентами, державними та приватними аудиторами, а також членами громадянського суспільства цінностей та правових зобов'язань ЄС щодо розвитку системи якісного аудиту та фінансового контролю. Для цього буде проведено серію тренінгів, орієнтованих на різні групи, включаючи студентів, аудиторів, представників громадянського суспільства та професійних організацій. Проєкт має на меті покращити розуміння цільовими групами системи аудиту та фінансового контролю ЄС, а також її цінностей і принципів забезпечення якості та довіри громадськості до фінансової інформації. Цільова аудиторія включає:

1) студентів старших курсів УМСФ;

2) державних та приватних аудиторів, а також професійну спільноту;

3) організації громадянського суспільства та професійні організації бухгалтерів і аудиторів;

4) викладачів Університету митної справи та фінансів і представників академічної спільноти, які беруть участь у конференції.

У короткостроковій перспективі Проєкт матиме значний вплив на всі цільові групи, оскільки вони вперше ознайомляться з новими курсами, що пропонуються. У довгостроковій перспективі він просуватиме цінності та найкращі практики ЄС у сфері аудиту як у приватному, так і в державному секторах, сприяючи їхній популяризації.

Project Summary:

The Module "EU audit and financial control system: experience for Ukraine" is devoted to the study of EU requirements and European practices in the field of organization and provision of high quality audit services and effective financial control in the context of Ukraine's integration into the EU. The Module consists of three sub-modules:

- "International audit standards and EU requirements for quality control of audit services";

- "EU practice in public audit and financial control";

- "EU experience and internal corporate audit standards in private sector".

The primary objective of the Module is to elevate the understanding among students, public and private auditors, as well as members of the civil society, regarding the values and legal obligations of the European Union in fostering a quality audit and financial control system. To achieve this, a series of training sessions will be offered, targeting different groups, including students, auditors, members of the civil society, and professional organizations. The project aims to enhance the understanding of the target groups with regards to the European Union's audit and financial control system, as well as its values and principles of quality assurance and public confidence in financial information. The target audience includes:

1) undergraduate students of the University of Customs and Finance;

2) local-level state and private auditors, and the professional community;

3) civil society organizations and professional organizations of accountants and auditors;

4) University of Customs and Finance faculty and representatives from the academic community participating in the conference.

In the short term, the Project will have a significant impact on all target groups as they will become familiar with the new courses being offered for the first time. In the long term, it will promote EU values and best practices in auditing within both private and public sectors, contributing to their popularization.
