Людмила ІВАШОВА, академічна координаторка Проєкту доктор наук з державного управління, професор кафедри публічного управління та митного адміністрування факультету управління Університету митної справи та фінансів, Дніпро, Україна.
Має значний досвід викладацької та науково-дослідної роботи. Підготувала нові авторські курси для викладання дисциплін "Митний пост-аудит", "Детінізація економіки", "Інноваційність та креативність наукових досліджень у сфері публічного управління та адміністрування", які викладаються студентам, магістрам та аспірантам. Керує науково-дослідною роботою кафедри, а також науково-дослідною роботою аспірантів та докторантів. Має різноманітні наукові інтереси в загальнонауковій, економічній та державно-управлінській сферах. Зокрема, займається проблемами вдосконалення методології системних підходів та методів у сфері наукових досліджень, розробкою комплексного механізму державного управління у сфері економічного розвитку. Також у сфері наукових інтересів Л. Івашової є питання запобігання та протидії корупції, протидії тіньовим організаціям, забезпечення митної безпеки на основі застосування ефективних методів фінансового та митного контролю. Результати наукових досліджень представлені через публікації у монографіях, наукових статтях у фахових наукових виданнях та на комунікативних заходах різного рівня, висвітлюючи особливості вітчизняної практики та міжнародного досвіду. Понад 10 років є головною редакторкою наукового видання "Публічне управління та митна справа". Є гарантом освітньо-наукової програми підготовки докторів філософії за спеціальністю "Публічне управління та адміністрування". Здійснює наукове керівництво підготовкою кандидатських дисертацій та наукове консультування докторантів.

Has significant experience in teaching and research work. She prepared new author's courses for teaching the disciplines "Customs post-audit", "De-shadowing of the economy", "Innovativeness and creativity of scientific research in the field of public management and administration", which are taught to undergraduate, master's and postgraduate students. She supervises the research work of the department, as well as the research work of post-graduate students and doctoral students. She has various scientific interests in the general scientific, economic and public administration spheres. In particular, he is concerned with the problems of improving the methodology of systematic approaches and methods in the field of scientific research, developing a complex mechanism of state management in the field of economic development. Also in the field of scientific interests of L. Ivashova are issues of preventing and countering corruption, countering shadowy organizations, ensuring customs security based on the application of effective methods of financial and customs control. She presents the results of scientific research through publications in monographs, scientific articles in specialized scientific publications and at communication events of various levels, highlighting the peculiarities of domestic practice and international experience. For more than 10 years, she has been the editor-in-chief of the scientific publication "Public Administration and Customs Administration". It is the guarantor of the educational and scientific program for the preparation of doctors of philosophy in the specialty "Public management and administration". Provides scientific guidance for the preparation of candidate theses and scientific counselling of doctoral students.

Керує аспірантами та докторантами з акцентом на дослідження ефективних механізмів державного управління реалізацією антикорупційної політики. У наукових працях зосереджує увагу на обґрунтуванні теоретичних положень та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення державної політики у сфері запобігання та протидії корупції. На наукових заходах комплексно розкриває шляхи ефективного впровадження антикорупційних механізмів на основі порівняння досвіду України та найменш корумпованих країн світу. Сфери наукових інтересів різноманітні: підприємництво, антикризове управління, протидія корупції, механізми соціальної політики держави, сучасне публічне управління, взаємодія влади з інститутами громадянського суспільства. Liudmyla ANTONOVA, Full Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration, Professor, Professor of the Department of Accounting and Auditing of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, Mykolaiv, Ukraine.
Supervises post-graduate and doctoral students with an emphasis on research into effective mechanisms of public administration for the implementation of anti-corruption policy. In scientific works, attention is focused on the justification of theoretical provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the improvement of state policy in the field of prevention and ounteraction of corruption. At scientific events, he comprehensively reveals the ways of effective implementation of anti-corruption mechanisms based on a comparison of the experience of Ukraine and the least corrupt countries in the world. The spheres of her scientific interests are diverse: entrepreneurship, anti-crisis management, anti-corruption, mechanisms of social policy of the state, modern public administration, interaction of government with institutions of civil society. Олег КОМАРОВ, кандидат наук з державного управління та докторант кафедри публічного управління та митного адміністрування факультету управління Університету митної справи та фінансів, Дніпро, Україна.
Працював у митних органах України та їх центральному апараті, зокрема у департаментах аналізу ризиків та протидії митним правопорушенням, запобігання та протидії корупції. Брав участь у програмах, конференціях та заходах з обміну практичним досвідом з митними службами Німеччини, Польщі, Естонії та інших європейських країн. Крім того, має досвід управління митними брокерами. Також має вищу юридичну освіту та практичні навички законотворчої та правозастосовчої діяльності. Тому має не лише теоретичні, а й практичні навички та досвід у сфері митної справи, управління ризиками, протидії корупції та митним правопорушенням. Олег Комаров є співдослідником у співпраці з Державним науково-дослідним інститутом митної справи та Університетом митної справи та фінансів. Свій практичний досвід та знання реалізує у наукових дослідженнях для вирішення актуальних проблем митного адміністрування та управління. Викладає на навчальних курсах з митної справи, митного митного контролю та управління ризиками.

Oleg KOMAROV, PhD in Public Administration and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Public Administration and Customs, Faculty of Management, University of Customs and Finance, Dnipro, Ukraine.
He has worked in the customs authorities of Ukraine and their central apparatus, including departments of risk analysis and counteracting customs offences, corruption prevention and counteraction. He took part in programs, conferences and events of exchange of practical experience with the customs services of Germany, Poland, Estonia and other European countries. In addition, he has experience in managing a customs brokers. Also, he has a higher legal education and practical skills of law-making and law enforcement. Therefore, he has not only theoretical but also practical skills and experience in the field of customs, risk management, counteracting corruption and customs offences. Oleg Komarov is coresearcher in cooperation with the State Scientific and Rehears Institute of Customs Affairs and with the University of Customs and Finance. He implements his practical experience and knowledge in scientific researches to solve current problems of customs administration and governance. Taught at training courses on customs matters, customs control and risk management.

Галина РАЗУМЕЙ, кандидат наук з державного управління, доцент кафедри державного управління та митної справи факультету управління Університет митної справи та фінансів, Дніпро, Україна.
Має понад 8 років досвіду викладання митних та управлінських дисциплін для студентів, а також викладання на курсах підвищення кваліфікації для митних брокерів та державних службовців. Її наукові інтереси різноманітні: державне управління, управління ризиками в митній справі, електронне урядування, стратегічне управління, управління змінами, управління персоналом. Результати її досліджень відображені у численних наукових статтях та матеріалах конференцій в Україні та за кордоном, 2 навчальних посібниках з управління митними ризиками та 3 колективних монографіях з митного адміністрування. Брала участь у розробці 5 науково-дослідних тем з митного адміністрування в Університеті митної справи та фінансів та Науково-дослідному центрі митної справи Університету державної фіскальної служби України. Була учасницею Академії ЄС-Східного партнерства "Підтримка наступного покоління науковців у галузі європейських студій" (програма Еразмус+ - проект Жана Моне) та інших наукових стажувань ЄС (Польща, Естонія, Угорщина, Франція, Словаччина). Має досвід практичної роботи в митних органах (Сумська митниця) та пройшла стажування в Департаменті управління ризиками та митного аудиту Державної митної служби України. Також має адміністративний досвід роботи на посаді помічника ректора в Університеті митної справи та фінансів України, під час якої реалізувала низку проектів з Державною митною службою України, спрямованих на покращення підготовки майбутніх фахівців з митної справи та митного аудиту. Halyna RAZUMEI, PhD in Public Administration, Associate Professor at the Department of Public Administration and Customs, Faculty of Management, University of Customs and Finance, Dnipro, Ukraine.
She has more than 8 years of experience in teaching customs and management disciplines for students, and teaching at advanced training courses for customs brokers and civil servants. Her research interests are diverse: public administration, risk management in customs affairs, e-governance, strategic management, change management, personnel management. The results of her researches are reflected in numerous scientific articles and conference materials in Ukraine and abroad, 2 tutorials of customs risk management and 3 collective monographs of customs administration. She took part in developing of 5 scientific research topics on customs administration at the University of Customs and Finance and Research Center of the Customs Affairs of at the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. She was participant of EU-EaP Academy “Supporting Next Generation Of Scholars In European Studies” (Erasmus+ Programme – Jean Monnet Project) and other EU scientific trainings (Poland, Estonia, Hungary, France, Slovakia). She has practical work experience in customs authorities (Sumy customs) and completed an internship in the Department of Risk Management and Customs Audit of the State Customs Service of Ukraine. Also she has an administrative experience as an assistant rector at a University of Customs and Finance of Ukraine, during which she implemented a number of projects with the State Customs Service of Ukraine to improve the training of future customs officers (student internship program, selection of the best candidates for positions in customs, the annual career orientation event of the School of Young Customs Officers). She is the e-governance and e-democracy trainer (EGAP program, East Europe Foundation) and the professional expert of the annual competition of projects and startups "InnoDnipro".

Максим РАЗУМЕЙ, фахівець з міжнародної економіки, кандидат наук з державного управління, старший викладач кафедри публічного управління та митної справи Університет митної справи та фінансів, Дніпро, Україна.
Викладає різні митні дисципліни з 2020 року. Є основним відповідальним розробником освітньої програми з митного адміністрування для підготовки фахівців освітнього рівня "бакалавр".
Разумей працював у відділі управління ризиками Фінансово та науково-дослідного центру митної справи Університету державної фіскальної служби України (м. Ірпінь). Державної фіскальної служби (Ірпінь, Україна) з 2018 по 2020 рік. Автор численних наукових публікацій, співавтор двох навчальних посібників трьох монографій та митної енциклопедії з питань управління митними ризиками. Брав участь у розробці 7 науково-дослідних тем з митного адміністрування в університетах України. Він був учасником наукових конференцій та тренінгів ЄС (Польща, Естонія, Словаччина та ін.).
Разумей має 14-річний досвід роботи в різних митних органах України, керував управлінням митними ризиками та боротьбою з контрабандою та митними правопорушеннями. Він впроваджував результати власних наукових досліджень у практичну діяльність митних органів. Під час роботи в Державній митній службі та Міністерстві доходів і зборів України (Київ, Україна), відвідав країни ЄС, Швейцарію та Китай з метою вивчення міжнародних стандартів здійснення митної справи. міжнародних стандартів здійснення митної справи. Він співпрацював з Всесвітньою митною організацією, проектом ЄС Twinning, Проектом USAID, Митною та прикордонною службою США в рамках професійного розвитку. Його наукові інтереси також включають глобальну економіка, сучасні ІТ-технології, штучний інтелект та Data Science.

Maksym RAZUMEI, expert in international economics, PhD in Public Administration and Senior lecturer at the Department of Public Administration and Customs, University of Customs and Finance, Dnipro, Ukraine.
He has been teaching various customs subjects since 2020. He is the main responsible developer of the educational program in customs administration for the training of bachelor level specialists. Razumei worked in the Risk Management Department of the Finance and Research Center of the Customs Affairs of at the University of the State Fiscal Service (Irpin, Ukraine) from 2018 to 2020. Author of numerous scientific publications, co-author of two training manuals, three monographs and a customs encyclopaedia on customs risk management. Razumei took part in developing of 7 scientific research topics on customs administration at the universities of Ukraine. He was participant of EU scientific conferences and trainings (Poland, Estonia, Slovakia, etc). Razumei has 14 years of work experience in the various customs authorities of Ukraine, he managed the customs risk management and the fight against smuggling and customs offenses departments. He implemented the results of his own scientific research into the practical activities of customs authorities. While working at the State Customs Service and the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine), he visited the EU countries, Switzerland, and China to study international standards for the implementation of customs affairs. He cooperated with the World Customs Organization, EU Twinning Project, USAID Project, U.S. Customs and Border Protection in the framework of professional development. His scientific interests also include global economy, modern IT technologies, artificial intelligence, and Data Science.

Дмитро ТРЕСКІН, провідний фахівець Навчально-наукового центру Університету митної справи та фінансів, Дніпро, Україна.
Закінчив навчання в магістратурі за спеціальностями "Управління державними фінансами" (2010 р.) та "Правознавство" (2013 р.). Має понад 10 років досвіду в управлінні міжнародними проєктами для вищих навчальних закладів в Україні та за кордоном, для яких розробив понад 100 угод про співпрацю. У 2018-2020 роках був помічником директора, відповідальним за рекрутинг та супровід іноземних студентів у ТОВ "Клеос". З 2022 року працює менеджером міжнародних проектів УМСФ. В УМСФ відповідає за міжнародну освітню та наукову співпрацю:
- управління проєктами УМСФ Erasmus+ (101127879 - EUFOCUSACU - ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH (Досвід ЄС у сфері митної безпеки та протидії корупції в Україні; Дії Жана Моне: Модуль (2023-2026));
- організація та підтримка навчальної мобільності для студентів та співробітників вищих навчальних закладів (KA 171: ZEALAND Academy (Данія), Vilniaus Kolegija (Литва) та ін.);
- проведення академічної співпраці з партнерами УМСФ з ЗВО та організацій Європи, Азії та Близького Сходу, включаючи налагодження співпраці, комунікацію з університетами-партнерами, звітування перед Національним Еразмус+ офісом в Україні.
У 2021-2023 роках старшим викладачем кафедри права (Дніпровський гуманітарний університет). Дмитро ТРЕСКІН є старшим викладачем кафедри міжнародного права УМСФ. Опублікував понад 30 статей у наукових журналах та матеріалах конференцій з питань захисту вразливих груп населення, стандартів рівності та антидискримінаційних практик у сфері публічних відносин.

Dmytro TRESKIN, Manager for International Projects at the Educational and Research Centre, University of Customs and Finance, Dnipro, Ukraine.
He graduated in Management of Public Finance (2010) and Law (2013). Mr. Treskin has 10 years more experience in international project management for HEIs in Ukraine and abroad, for those he`d designed more than 100 cooperation agreements. In 2018-2020 he was Assistant Director responsible for foreign students recruiting and support at the LLC “Kleos”. He started working as UCF Manager for International Projects in 2022. At the UCF he is in charge of international educational and scientific cooperation:
- management of UCF Erasmus+ projects (101127879 — EUFOCUSACU — ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH (EU Experience for Customs Security and Anti-Corruption in Ukraine; Jean Monnet Actions: Module (2023-2026));
- organizing and support the learning mobility for higher education students and staff (KA 171: ZEALAND Academy (Denmark), Vilniaus Kolegija (Lithuania) etc.);
- holding academic cooperation with the UCF partners among HEIs and Organizations in Europe, Asia and Middle East, including establishing of cooperation, communication with Partner Universities, reporting to the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine.
He was Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law (Dnipro Humanitarian University). Mr. Treskin is a Senior Lecturer at the UCF Department of International Law Department. He has published more than 30 articles in high ranked scientific journals on the issues of vulnerable groups protection, LGBTIQ+ equality law standards, and anti-discrimination practices in public relations.
